Beaconhouse incorporates curriculum is KBSM which prepares students for the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) examination which is conducted by the Examination syndicate (Lembaga Peperiksaan). The medium of instruction is primarily Bahasa Malaysia with Mathematics and Science-based subjects and Information and Communication Technology being taught in English at all levels.
